I intend to use OSMAND for the navigation but am finding myself getting frustrated with its operation, be nice if they had a complete User Manual.The GPX files have been copied to my TAB and I am in the process of testing them and checking that the route is still as I originally planned.

I know I can manually type in the details of the 2 points but surely there is an easier way to do it. The second problem is how to remove the first days travel with stars and route lines, so I can then load the next GPX file. Does the route disappear once you have driven it as I am not actually driving, just doing a visual of the route. I have used Configure Map GPX Files and selected the files which then displays Show GPX data and I now have the route displayed with the Start flag and the route but there is no Finish flag, just the red stars for the way points along the route. Only registered and activated users can see links.. If anyone can point me to more tutorials it would be appreciated as I find the OSMAND sit very hard to follow, it would also help if you could download it as pdf. ![]() I found this on Only registered and activated users can see links. Sometimes after deleting gpx tracks, waypoints, favourites etc. ![]() That way you will not get a link like you show in your screen shot. Make sure you start in the correct place and end where you want to finish.
